Good Points

Attractive design, compact and yet stocky. Dualit customer service was excellent - helpful - customer driven and willing to help


Bad Points

Do have a tendancy to break down


General Comments

Have replaced two separate Dualit 84009 Chrome Espresso Coffee Maker machines - each of which developed a fault - the attentiveness and customer care was however first class - and given my overall pleasure with the product I think it is seriously worth considering!
