Good Points

A bit like the national lottery. Variable.


Bad Points

Unfriendly staff. Wrong information supplied. No loyalty to customers re: their credit card fiasco. Over long to clear cheques. They seem to blame the Royal Mail an awful lot!


General Comments

After being dumped by IF regarding ending the credit card offset facility I notice that they have the cheek to offer 0% credit card facilities for 9 months to customers who do not have any money with IF. Absolutely disgusting service.

This should have been offered to existing customers. Wouldn't surprise me soon to see the IF Marque vanish and it all just called Halifax Bank. At least we can then pay in cheques and get them cleared quicker.
