Bad Points
The delays to and from New York from Minneapolis are HORRIFIC!! They constantly change schedules, and have endless delays (of up to 5 hours).

Most delays are not the fault of the airline. Even the worst airline I've flown on never got a 1 let alone a 0.
I think your review should be discarded since it's not objective, void of thought and suspect.
