Billing rubbish, customer service poor, transfering almost impossible, set up direct debits when they feel like it (isn't this fraud), cut off net without any warning then threaten with debt collection letters.
General Comments
Its OK saying just cancel the direct debit to Tiscali Broadband. I haven't had one in place since feb this year, they just carried on charging and then on the 13th June decided to set one up themselves without any permission. I've been trying since March to cancel the account (contract ended in Jan) but still trying. I've been onto Otelo and had no help there. Tiscali have told them that the account is still in use even though I'm now unable to get onto the net and they've suspended my emails and all I've had is 1 call asking me to drop the case with Otelo (which isn't allowed), and a letter saying that if I don't pay they'll hand over to a collection agency.
