Small size.
Good software interface.
Good features for the price.
Easily scratched.
Vibrating alert too weak to be useful.
Buttons awkward for people with fingernails!
I recently had to replace a Motorola E365 with the Sony Ericsson K300i. How glad I am. I realise now what I've been missing...
The K300i mobile phone is gem. It's user interface is attractive, fast, and very intuitive. As supplied, everything has worked first time including picture messaging, email and web browsing. The screen graphics are very clear, there is lots of memory, and the on/off tone is very quiet (note this fact Motorola!).
The only real minus point is that while composing a text message, accidentally pressing the 'back' key to delete a character (instead of the C key) instantly loses your whole message. This seems illogical to me - the 'back' key should delete a character, and the phone should ask before trashing your message!
Another small minus point is that the buttons and cursor joystick are not designed for people with fingernails. The buttons are very flat (almost flush to the surface) so thumbs tend to slip all over the keypad when attempting to press the buttons - women and guitar players be warned.
