Good Points

Excellent food, good layout, excellent position for beach, first class staff, reps second to none especially Dan and wendy, Bar staff first class especially he head barman paco, great facilities for kids pool playpark gemes room tv room videos etc


Bad Points

20 minute walk to centre of resort but is this really a bad thing?


General Comments

Just returned from the San Baulo. Not a great fan of Majorca but loved this hotel. The food was first class with a separate kids buffet, all the hotel staff are excellent but Pacos bar staff require an extra pat on the back for being forever cheerful while working long hours meeting our demands. First class Thomson reps especially Desperate Dan and Wacky Wendy. The hotels layout gives the kids a sense of independence and its location on the beach makes for wonderful views whilst enjoying the great entertainment. maid service some of the best I have experienced. There is no need to leave the hotel as everything you need is there or in the supermarket across a quite road. first class.
