Citi Bank Student Credit Card - Check fees before you get involved with Citi. I pay online, entered wrong # by mistake. $30 returned check $29 for n/e checking account( wrong number) $30 dollar late fee. Then they wanted $15 check by phone fee. $105 for a $20 dollar monthly payment.
