General Comments
Powergen - At first get electric, get bill, pay bill.
Then, get electric, dont get first bill, pay bill. So I sorted out direct debit.
Then, get electric, don't get bill, they didnt take payment and denied knowledge of setting it up. So I requested e-mailed bill.
Then, get electric, dont get first bill, get red bill, pay bill. Sso request e-mail bill be cancelled and get it posted instead.
Then, get electric, don't get first bill, get red bill, pay bill, get threatened by debt collectors. Powergen deny knowledge of cancelling e-mail.
SO CHANGED COMPANY
