Ever wanted to feel that 'taking-off' feeling in a car. Like you do when flying off on holiday??
Bad Points
20mpg.......Insurance can be expensive, but shop around. Mine cost the same as my new ST170.
Shape is a bit dated (like the Evo) but who gives a rats tail when you burn those little GTI boys away from the start line.
General Comments
Subaru Impreza Turbo: You get pushed back into your seat as you pull away and then at 3000 rpm the Turbo kicks in and psshhh......off you go.
This is a seriously fun, fast car for sensible cash. Mine was an import at 225BHP, now 260BHP (officially) 0-60 in 5.6secs and tops out at 155mph (on a track of course).
Drive one and then you'll want to buy it, I was messing about when I said I wanted one. Drove my friends not believing a word she said. The following day I went and collected my own!!!!!!
And you can get one for around £4k-£5k.
Newer EVO's have better acceleration, but are so much more expensive to buy and run.
