Freestyle Reps are fantastic!! Rooms are very clean Maids visit once a day Poolside bar with range of snacks and drinks Bar also sell Slush Puppie cocktails!! Huge pool (saltwater - so you know its clean) Huge reception. In the center of Americas - next to all the clubs.
Bad Points
No Air conditioning. If you're on the top floor you have to walk up loads of stairs before you get to a lift. this is fine apart from when you have a huge case full of shoes to carry up the stairs. just get 1 of the reps to help!!
General Comments
It was a really great stay. I was anxious before I went to Tenerife because of all the reviews I have read. But I am here to tell you that the Las Piramides is the place to be!!;) it is clean and safe ( there is always a security guard around to come to your rescue!) the staff are very friendly and I only saw one cockroach throughout the whole week! the only problem I had was that there was no air con. but you can hire a fan from reception. I reccommend that you get one as soon as you check in because they go out of stock once everyone gets to their rooms. I will also tell you to hire the safety deposit box. I had no problems but I wouldnt trust the maids! keep everything n it, cameras, jewelery, mobiles, even sunglasses!
