Customer Service
The Acer Power F1 is a new PC not powering up on installation. Phoned Acer, waited ages in queue. Finally got to speak to a girl and told her what problem was. She said "sorry, I cant help you. I will have to put you back in the queue!!" Gave up at that point and tried logging the problem on the website. Two days later, no response. Tried phone again. Finally got through and told guy about previous call and website. He told me they dont log complaints made via the web! Got a job number from him and a promise that there repair agents would be in touch shortly. 5 days later, nothing so back on the phone again. Told Acer I wanted a returns reference to send the PC back. They refused, saying parts had been ordered and "someone will be in touch when they arrive to arrange a site visit."
When?? How long should I have to wait to get a new PC working?? Acer have been appalling, and I will not buy another Acer machine for our business ever.
