Did not receive order. No Customer Service reply


General Comments

When I ordered a CD it was noted as Shipping in 3-5 working days. After 2 weeks my order had still not been dispatched. Sent 3 emails to customer services over the next week, but only ever received automated reply saying my contact had been received and I would hear from them soon, which I never did. After 3 weeks I removed my credit card details from their site, as I do not trust this outfit at all.
