General Comments

Ralph Lauren Romance is a real crowd pleaser, and the name, though simple, says it all. The ginger and oakmoss work very well to compliment the rose topnote, creating a romantic fragrance that lasts throughout the day. Put it on in the morning before you kiss your husband goodbye and know he'll be thinking of you the entire way to work. Put it on before a date an expect the guy you're with to try and inhale your scent when he thinks you aren't looking. My sister wears Romance and her entire family adores it. My eight-year-old niece helped choose it a few years ago and my brother-in-law loved it enough to continue buying it(and when I visit them I notice he's always nuzzles her neck...). Even my frog-toting nephew said, "Hey Mom you smell good!" the first time she wore it. You can't beat that! I've been told it's now a favorite among the "soccer mom" community. I think that's because it's appropriate for "Mom" and has a real sensuality to it, allowing her to also feel like a "Woman." It's a perfume I'd feel comfortable buying as a gift for someone without worrying that it's "too much" or "too little" of something for their particular preference. Some may find that boring, but I think it's clever and convenient.
