General Comments
I bought the Samsung E800 phone in February on O2 and it was fine for a couple of months. After that it failed to send texts, make or receive calls and kept switching itself off! Was especially annoyed when had to walk about a mile to a phone box coz the phone wouldn't work to call for a lift home! Just taken it back to the shop and they said that they had to send it away because I should have noticed the fault within 28 days of purchase. After reading all the other reviews on this website, I'm worried that if they fix it for me it will just break again a few months down the line. Anyone know if these problems are just related to O2?

hi, the problems are apparently related to a clash between 02 and the phones software, which causes faults. I am unable to 100% confirm it, but all negative reviews i have read about this phone , were also related with 02. When you get it back, my advice to you is to get it unlocked, ask a company such as vodaphone to switch your number and sim details to one of their sims, and use the vodaphone sim in it. This should stop any problems.
