Excellent Ergonomics
Elegant design
Nicely accurate
Clean fit and finish
Very easy to cock
I wouldn't call it "bad" but the trigger is the only weak point on the rifle.
Spongy release. But it's workable.
1/2 inch groups at 15 yards proves that.
I'm just spoiled by 12 oz. Rekord triggers on HW guns. :)
I like this CZ Slavia Slavia 631 rifle. From the moment I picked it up and shouldered it, I was taken with it. Very sweet handling. Thin and graceful buttstock. I'm 5'11" and it fits me perfect. The rifle is quite accurate. My eyes aren't what they used to be, so
I scoped the rifle right away. No problem at all.
B-Square medium rings and a generic 4x32AO scope from AGE. Plenty of elevation to work with. Sighted it in at 15 meters. 1/2 inch groups with
Beeman Trophy pellets. Adjusted trigger as low as
it would go. It's a little spongy, but can be controlled. This is not a high powered rifle, but I have a high powered rifle. I wanted this for a backyard birder and plinker, so the power level is perfect. On the first day, I dropped a blue jay stone dead at 20 yards, so it's powerful enough for it's mission. I gave the rifle a 9 on accuracy because of the trigger, but for the $100 I paid for it, it is a 10 for sure and rated it 10 overall.
