NICE & CUTE design, got great comments, lightweight. Cute ringtones, LOUD volume, GREAT vibrate for phone (such that even THAT make a sound), battery last approximately 70hours (Turned on most of the day for 6-7days) (although claim more). I can compose my own ringtones which I do with asian melodies at http://ringtone101.ethereal-wind.net/ =D Ringtones are hard to find too. There's a program on her site that allows you to hear before composing. Composing can be frustrating if it's not "perfect." I can change faceplate easily (tricky if you are not careful, Tip: unscrew 2 bottom parts of the battery section BEFORE opening it!!) I can group my saved numbers with assigned ringtone, which is probably not as good as assigning individually.
Bad Points
Just one boring game but I don't play games on phones anyway. No media, no colour except blue backlight, CANNOT add ringtones. Screen design tacky (look it up online for how it looks). Can't display background with clock (Choose one or other). Somehow I get roaming sometimes when I am not. The start-up is slow. If you scratch it even once, it totally changes the look of the phone. I has unnecessary components like schedule and calculator. Supposedly signal isn't as good as other cells by looking at the bars but I get & make calls just fine (so I am unsure on that). But there are rare occasions when no signal is present. Also I notice a bit of a "speaker phone" quality sometimes. In other words, I can't hear the receiver while talking into it. The audio stops while I talk and resume when I don't. I am not sure if it's the phone itself or the signal. I forget to tell myself to pay attention on that. But I think it's during low signal because I've gone a lot without thinking/noticing about it. The audio quality isn't as crisp as a telephone or other cells. But you can talk in it easily without putting it into your mouth (due to size). Sometimes I forget (move my phone to my mouth) and hurt the receiver's ear. ;D The charger MIGHT not charge if the wire is positioned at a certain angle from phone. I have to take a moment to check to make sure it doesn't "stop." Not to say it's bad but it's a small detail to know. Once it's started charging correctly, it doesn't stop unless someone bumps it out of "angle." Don't get the car charger because of battery life is good enough. Another small thing is that when I get a miss call. If I have more than one, then I am confused on what was first and second or if it was only one person calling repeatedly. The only sure one is the one it highlights when I click to check. All it does it show names and no numbers.
General Comments
This is meant for ONLY calling and emergency. If you want the basics, it's here. Meant for only small fingers. I just remembered I heard there was a speaker for this. I have to check up on that. I have to say I LOVE this phone. My sister thought it looked like a toy. She is more into mp3 and camera while I am more for basic usage. I got it for $60 on eBay used and got a faceplate for $10.

Update: It's been about 9months since I've had my used phone. 1. Other things I've noticed is that occasionally the screen freezes on me, so I have to pull off the battery and put it back in. Then it works normally after that until the next freeze. It's not often maybe... once in two weeks or more. Not a big deal. 2. Do NOT put it in your thin jacket because if you swing it too much & bang it against things, the battery will pop off. If it pop off hard enough, it will break the clip that holds the battery. Then you'll have to tie it up with rubber bands or get a new faceplate, which I did change. I still love the phone though. So buying another faceplate is worth keeping the battery. I usually put the phone in a pouch and keep it in my hand or purse to prevent bumping. 3. I've noticed that talk time is about 2 hours on full but 2-3 days on standby. 4. If you click on phone book or press call immediately after turning on your phone, it will take 30secs or more to load the screen. It's a long wait for me. So try to hold off calling when you turn it on for a few seconds. It's probably quicker if you do that first. 5. I hate charging. The connection to the phone is TERRIBLE & sometimes does not charge. I have to sit there and twist the phone around to charge. The way I charge is putting the phone connected off an edge so that it kinda hangs tilted backwards and then put something heavy on the charger connector (as it's holding onto the phone), so that the phone don't fall off. The time to charge is 2-3 hours. Very Awkward. 6. I has a very slight lower signal than other phones in the same service. 7. I get bunches of comments and everyone loves it. Woohoo!
