General Comments

Yesterday, I called customer service to reset the password on my account and they asked me to mail a copy of my DL and a bank statement. This was reasonable, I went out yesterday night to find out that chase representative had blocked my card without telling me and now I am in the middle of no where with a card that doesn't work.

Also if you are 1 day late in making a payment chase will never ever consider that you always pay your bill on time and will not waive the whoming $30 late fee.

Lastly their cool website which is so lame that you cannot even access your statement online!!! I called chase customer service 3 times and they say that use the transactions and apr link rather than the statement link!!! I am never going to use a chase card again!!
