Arrogant and unhelpful flight attendants from Zurich to Mumbai. Legroom is almost no existent.
Swiss International Air Lines - My wife travelled with my five year old and one year old from Boston to Mumbai. We booked the baby meals in advance and were told that milk would be served on the flight for my 1 year old. The milk was served cold and when my wife asked the flight attendant if she could get the milk warmed up only to get a response that she did not have the time since she was busy with getting dinner ready for other passengers. All the flight attendants were unpleasant. Same response was given to other passengers with kids. Legroom is almost non existent. Stay away from Swiss ... service is going down.
