General Comments

I have just bought a Jap modified GTti with 140 Bhp. I've boosted it up to 1.5 bar and it even wheel spins in fourth. Last night I blew away a 200bhp starlet Gt turbo!! Had it dynoded and it spat out 207hp @ the flywheel.

I own a Toyota Galanza V (newer model 1.3 starlet gt) it's running 231bhp and is very, very quick - It will leave evos etc. Once raced a Charade GTti in my Punto GT and it stuck next to me up to about 70mph - I couldn't believe it. Thought the geezers having a laugh. My Punto was standard 136bhp. Got home and went on the net to find out what this tiny car was that kept up with me. Very impressed for a 1.0 turbo pushing 99bhp. 0-60 what is the time for these. My Starlet is impressive standard 6.8sec with 133bhp. the GTtis are very rare and are very expensive I think. £3500 gets a good one. I've seen a few for £1500 but they look like sheds. Also has anyone driven the Micra Turbo Trxx thats a 650cc with 64bhp and 0-60 in 6.3secs or so, I know its around that. Yeah its very small and light but it sounds like fun to drive and will do 100mph+. Daihatsu make some good cars, its a shame a lot of people don't know this until they get beaten by one.
