Good Points

An enjoyable holiday at the Cala Bona Hotel. It is clean and friendly. The swimming pool was the warmest I've ever been in. You can get a sunbed at anytime of day.


Bad Points

Be aware that if you book a room with air conditioning they actually switch it off at around midnight and don't put it back on until 1100. This is crazy as the time you need it is at night. The receptionist's answer was to leave the patio door open! The manager said it was operated on a thermostat and didn't kick in unless the temperature went 20 degrees or over at night. You could have it on during the day but then you are out and about. The air conditioning needs to be available when you want it and to me that's at night/early morning so that you can get some sleep. Sort it out!


General Comments

Would have been a lot more enjoyable at the Cala Bona Hotel if having paid for air conditioning you actually had full use of it.

    i was at cala bona hotel end of july 06. left a/c on all night and all day, no problem, good hol, and hotel.
