Good Points

Excellent customer service
Explains the trading process in easy to understand terms.
Good rates.
No transfer fees.


Bad Points

Slight delay in confirmation that money had arrived but this was more to do with the recieving bank but other wise top service.


General Comments

This was my first time using a specialized foreign exchange company and beforehand I was nervous but they took the time to patiently help me with forms that I did not understand and I appreciated it very much. The rate was good and the saved me money compared to the other banks and comapnies that I got a quote from. Now I won't go looking elsewhere
