Easy to use, easy to clean, makes perfect espresso every time.
No bad points
Had my Gaggia Coffee Deluxe Espresso & Cappuccino Maker 2 years now and it makes me 2 or 3 espressos to make my Lattes every day perfectly.
I use Starbucks Espresso Roast all the time after experimenting with other coffees.
After opening the box and reading the instructions I made my first cup which was OK, it only took me 2 more tries to perfect making a perfect espresso and I haven't looked back since.
I would have no hesitation in buying another Gaggia....simply brilliant.
Oooh and the milk frother makes wonderfully steamed frothy milk which really impresses your friends!
