Good Points

Property kept extremely clean and pool area washed each morning. Bins around the pool emptied and the place in very good condition considering its star rating.


Bad Points

Food at the pool bar was average to say the least.


General Comments

Puerto del Carmen, Plaza Palmeras - This was my second stay at these apartments in the space of 6 weeks. Still think it is good value and fairly well placed for the front. Staff are helpful and attend to all requests quickly. Security is on hand from midnight to 0800hrs.
