Good Points

The lovely ladies who worked tirelessly behind the bar were exceptional and contributed to a great holiday. The room was what I expected from a cheap package holiday and it was fully air conditioned which allowed me to sleep at night. The week went too quickly, and I would say that the temperature during the day was uncomfortable.


Bad Points

We had a meal that was more expensive than Fat Mamas in the town and nowhere near the size.


General Comments

New York Apartments - I was a bit daunted at the prospect of coming to the New York apartments after seeing the reviews and ratings on this site. I need not have been. From the moment that we turned up we were impressed with the manager who told us to leave our bags in reception and go to the bar for a free cool welcome drink. The holiday started well and it just got better. My son and I (he is 15) got in with a great crowd and these people made our holiday. We did our own thing during the day and at night we all met up in the bar. Most evenings ended up with some of us in the pool and waking the following morning with a bit of a hangover. But it was worth it. You get what you pay for at New York Apartments but we have all agreed that we would definitely go back again. Certainly Douglas and I will be back and we hope that the new friends we have made will be back at the same time.
