Garridio's Review of Zoo Magazine Magazine

Intelligent humour, more so than nuts, its main competitor magazine. Vast range of topics covered.
Bad Points
Possibly too much sport, although this is a matter of opinion only.
General Comments
Zoo magazine really does out-shine Nuts magazine, being both funnier and much more intelligent, treating its readers as adults with a more complex, less simple sense of humour. Zoo covers a full range of topics (or a smorgasbord, if you're Scandinavian or pretentious, to quote the magazine itself) in a way that is informative and more importantly bloody funny. Well worth its asking price of £1.20 (or occasionally 50p[!]) which is so unusual nowadays that this alone should place Zoo above other weekly magazines. Zoo is an altogether quality piece of humourous journalism, and should be read by every mentally functioning man (or woman, if they have a good sense of humour. Okay, man). Oh, and the captions with the photos are hilarious and original, too.
