Teesside Online is a regional web site for the Teesside region of Northeast England. It includes free membership, giving users access to create their own blogs, post pub, club and restaurant reviews, chat in the forums, post articles, read news, play games, have an online profile and upload photos and images.

Also, there's info sections on Nightlife, History, Sport, Music, Places to Visit, Famous Faces, and a free classifieds advertising section with For sales, Jobs, Property and Motors. Excellent and its all free!
