Good Points

The apartments were situated in well manicured gardens, scenic clifftop location adjacent to an adequate clean beach.

Bad Points

First apartment allocated over looking vast building site with cranes blocking any view we would have had not to mention the associated noise, we were allocated a second room which was already occupied with a family of cockroaches, still with a side view of the building site. Daytime receptionist very frosty.

General Comments

Overall I found this holiday at Albufeira to be one of the worst I have had to endure, this unpleasant experience was made worse by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff.
