Good Points

Convenient, inexpensive.

Extremely buggy, extremely poor tech support.


General Comments

MusicMatch Jukebox: This software has the potential to be an extremely good product. The interface is most very good, although the procedure for adding tracks is surprisingly cumbersome, since it would be very easy to improve.

The real problem is that the software is horribly buggy and after a 30 day guarantee, you're out of luck if something stops working. I've had two problems with this software: (1) after a few months, it stopped recognizing my CD drive. (2) After I reinstalled Windows, it wouldn't accept my key.

In each case, the so-called tech support never went beyond the level of irrelevant canned email messages. An especially disgusting aspect was that after I tried to re-enter the key that wasn't working, I received a message that the key had been disabled at my request. This was an outright lie.

While this software may work for you, my recommendation is to look for a more honest and reliable company that stands by its product.
