General Comments

Panasonic MCE 4003: We are on our second machine, the first was replaced under warranty as it kept tripping the thermal cutout. This second one always runs hot though doesn't trip the cutout. We are always having to clean the filters on a weekly basis. The rotary brush traps hairs between its ends and the metal plates, generating enough heat to melt and burn/char the plastic end of the roller producing a terrible smell. It has now decided to shred one of the drive belts. The exhaust is badly directed such that it blows any hair and dust that you are trying to clean up away from the machine. The only good point is that it does have a strong vacuum pull. Not a machine I would recommend anyone buying.
