Fast delivery, debit your credit card fast.

General Comments

Haddon House Just Leather Suite: TALE OF WOE, best advice is don't buy furniture from them, in particular the Leather furniture. If you are tempted, make sure you buy with a proper credit card, as it will take months to get your money back if you have problems.

Bought leather suite February, arm of settee broke day after delivery, Haddon House collected couple of weeks later, got my money back almost 4 months later!!

If you can spare hundreds of pounds in Haddon House's bank account, and be without a suite for 4 months, then go ahead and buy one. My experience is that the product is a cheap and nasty import from China, softwood frame, inferior leather, and a company with well trained customer service personnel, the type that don't tell the whole story.

    I put an order in on the 2 June with Haddon House. Received a letter about 1 month later to say they had received my order and my delivery would be another six weeks. Arranged for delivery on 17 July. Took day off work and guess what they did not put my suite on the truck. Said I would have to wait another 6 weeks. All they seemed interested in was getting my bank card details. I made a point of saying I would pay by bankers cheque. Even when they did not send the furniture they said they would courier it to my house within two days but again wanted my card details or send the bankers cheque to them first.
    Sounds like a well dodgy place. I have cancelled my order and am going to a local dealer instead.
