No breakfast.
It's a well designed Travelodge
£4 for a beer, really? How far away is the brewery?

General Comments

The in Edinburgh is a very nice hotel in a nice trendy area. Some great restraunts on the dockside next to the hotel. The hotel is actually disappointing. It can't actually be faulted; its clean, chic, rooms are nice and the service is good when you can find staff. But there is a major snag - it is not as good as the others in the chain. Which was a little deflating. The others I have visited in the chain are a league ahead of this hotel. Too gripey? Maybe? Its not luxury. Its a well designed Travelodge. The rooms are always much more plasticy in real life than in the brouchures, but this hotel really doesn't meet the pictures.

Its nice but not as nice as the rest. Its pleasent clean and a good cheap nights rest. But what more can you ask from a city centre hotel for about £100 per night? I have the answer - Breakfast!

I use this hotel on a regular basis. It can appear expensive but you get what you pay for. I suspect the reviewer has had a wallet bypass.
