Good Points

Price, good color & print for the average user.


Bad Points

Limited compatability with Windows, will not work with XP, limited working ability with Win98 SE and ME. This printer will not work or function properly if you download and install Windows service pack 2


General Comments

Brother 3100C: Brother support is not as good as it could be, they refuse to develop new drivers or software to work with Windows. I will not buy another computer related product from Brother nor would I recommend this.
