The BEST INTERNATIONAL/ NATIONAL CALLING CARD OUT THERE.
No maintenance fee
No pins needed
No commitment
Always NEAREST minute rounding (not 3-4 minute like many others)
Speed dialing
Online account management
And a bunch of free minutes when you sign up.

Bad Points
none that I know of

Check out www.callingforcheap.com

IT really has the best rates I have seen with no fees ever and they give you a bunch of free minutes, but best of all I get speed dial and never have to use a pin!
