Good Points

Simple to load, great display and easy to use.


Bad Points

Hard drive went bad after only about 200 hours of play time. 1 year warranty had ended and Dell offered no assistance in getting it repaired. They could not even direct me to a dealer who might be able to repair it. Instead they suggested that I purchase a new one with a lifetime warranty. With no discount. Unbelievable.


General Comments

Not likely to repurchase the Dell DJ-20 20GB after the hard drive went bad and I had no assistance from Dell in helping me to get it repaired, even at my own expense.
