Good Points

It looks impressive.
It has the hardware to run well.


Bad Points

It takes a VERY long time for Alienware to do anything you want them to do.
Extremely bad Customer Service and low quality.
No one at Alienware seems to care about their customers.


General Comments

I ordered the Alienware Aurora Extreme due to it getting good reviews in a magazine I read. My advice to you (based on my own experience) is not to buy one!
They take a HUGE amount of time to build and deliver the system. The system I received broke on the first day and they took three weeks to fix and return it. It is very difficult to get hold of anyone at Alienware, and once you do get hold of them, no one there cares about you or the problems you are having with their products.
Stay away!
