Good Points

Good selection of items and availability. Also good selection of sizes.


Bad Points

Delivery is slow compared to other similar sites. Refunds are painful. Contacting them is a nightmare.


General Comments

I have used Dororthy Perkins online quite a few times, and have always been very happy with my purchases. Have found the delivery a bit slow (but good just be to Northern Scotland). However, shockingly bad on this occasion - waited 10 days!!!

Furthermore, this is the first time I have had to return something. I am still waiting for a refund even though I was told it would be refunded as priority over a week ago.

Phones lines are being upgraded so can't get through, and emails take 2 - 3 at the least for a reply.

Has put me off completely for future.

I have complained and the response was a "standard reply" with little to no sympathy of the situation, or even excusing it.
