Good Points

The picture quality is good and the screen size is very enjoyable.

Bad Points

After a year of use the SC Board malfunctioned and because of the TV does not switch on anymore. The TV does not power on at all.

General Comments

The Panasonic TH-42PA20 Television is sleek and expansive but considering I have had it mounted on my living room wall for the past year I can't understand how the SC Board & its associated computer chip became defective. I enjoyed the TV briefly but should have got the extended warranty since the 1-year factory warranty will not cover the costs of resolving this TV.
