Easy to follow recipes and nothing is complicated.

General Comments
All Nigella's books are good. Nigella Lawson, Nigella Bites is one is easy to read and follow the recipes, nothing is complicated and everything is meant to be a simple as possible. Some recipes are very unusual, but they really work. She really is an excellent cook, and I have many of her books.
