Good Points

Good food, nice people and always great to return here.


Bad Points

The jazz music they play! Not all the time but on visiting another Chef and Brewer in Harpenden Herts they were also playing jazz. Is it company policy??


General Comments

Chef & Brewer - We have been going to The Star at Chalton for 5 years and it is a very welcoming place with excellent staff and always a good menu. In the evenings it is candle lit and is a great place for a romantic meal. There is a large garden for the children and separate smoking areas.
We would definitely recommend visiting this pub!
