General Comments

Retreat - This villa is the kind you'll see featured in the glossy travel mags - it epitomises everything that is simple but stylish, and has everything you could possibly want for a great holiday - at a price. The large, lagoon-like infinity pool and seperate spa pool with their stunning views are perhaps its best feature. They are surrounded by extensive, covered terraces with loads of seating, an outside bar and bbq area. The villa itself has many quirky and unigue features from the sea shells set into the bathroom walls to the walk-in dressing area in the main bedroom with its shelves formed out of the bare plastered walls and colourful storage baskets. Both upper bedrooms have access to large, covered terraces again with beautiful views over Agios Sostis beach (a short walk down hill) and Panormos Bay. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a large, American-style fridge freezer. The main villa can sleep up to 6 with a further 2 accomodated in a separate pigeon house behind the villa. There is a satellite TV plus CD players and a telephone in the villa, and electronic gates for extra security and to keep out any wandering goats. This villa offers numerous options for entertaining and would be an ideal base for a group of friends who could share the cost between themselves. Best time to go would be September/October when it is quieter - best time to avoid ia late July and August, when Mykonos gets really crowded.
