The waiting staff in the "restaurant" were lovely and incredibly efficient.
Bad Points
Hotel was shabby, lack of choice on the food. The indoor pool was awful and in desperate need of an overhaul, as was the rest of the hotel.
General Comments
Our room was very poor in the Buggiba Holiday Complex, the shower attachment didn't attach to the wall, the plug hole in the bath was rusty so didn't want to lie in the bath. The air con didn't work. (Amongst other things - the room in general was in a poor state of repair). The "restaurant" reminded me more of a school canteen with serving staff who plopped food on your plate and only as much as they wanted to give you. The hotel was noisy from quite early on so lying in was difficult. The entire hotel came across as in need of quite a serious face lift.
