Good Points

Huge memory so no need to keep reprogramming.
Not as posy as an iPod.
Easy to use menus and download stuff.
leather case good quality.


Bad Points

Headphone jack poorly designed.
Not as posy as an iPod!
Bit bulky for a pocket.


General Comments

Had excellent results with the Creative Labs Jukebox Zen for over a year. Used on the train every day. Replaced the headset with some Koss ones to improve sound. Got my entire CD collection (and everyone elses) on it and still room in memory.
After 15 months of careful use the headphone jack faulted (it comes unsoldered from the main circuit board and is IMPOSSIBLE to mend)
Had to sell it faulty on ebay for a huge financial loss.
