Excellent food and most of the staff were really friendly. Well located.
Bad Points
Slight noise at night but air con drowned it out. Some reception staff not too friendly
General Comments
Benidorm, Hotel Ambassador Playa - We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The holiday was booked last minute in order to treat our teenage sons to a break. Ideally located for the ameneties. We prefer it quieter but saying that it was not as bad as we expected. Hotel suitable for all ages. Restaurant staff very helpful and not pushy.
Had a problem with the air con - sorted in a couple of days.
