Good Points
Filling up on free foods and not feeling guilty about eating so called fattening foods in filling amounts such as pasta, rice and pots on a green day! Bliss!

Bad Points
The ability to over eat free foods. Free foods are designed to make you not feel guilty about having large portions, however if you eat for eatings sake the lbs will not come of as easily.

General Comments
The Slimming World diet can take some getting used to, for example most fruit and veg is free on both days green and red, however peas, parsnips and potatoes are limited on the red days due to there high carb intake. Fundementally its a healthy eating plan which limits your Kcal and fat intake with out counting Kcal or fat grams. However you can over eat which is its only downfall, if you over eat you will not loss those lbs!

Hi there take from me there is no way you can over eat on this plan . It works 100% if you stick to it 100%. I have yet to have a member over eat on free foods good luck with your journey
