Bad Points

There email addresses are no good as cannot get emails through and when you ring them you can barely understand. You 1 will tell you one thing then you speak to another member who will tell you differently. You cannot get a proper answer. I think it is appalling customer service you get. 3 weeks I have been trying to sort my problem with them.


General Comments

GE Capital Woodchester Car Loan - It is just poor service you get from them. I have even wrote to them and got no answer and they say they're there to help. That's rubbish, I would never take anything with GE.

    I totally agree, their customer service is appalling. They just do not listen. Scripted responses, they just want their money and nothing you say makes any difference.
