Good Points

Seems to have a lot of fine features.

Bad Points

May have trouble conforming to your system, as it did with mine. You may need their support staff to install correctly, and resolve conflicts. Refunds are hard to come by, apparently.

General Comments

Downloaded 1Click DVD and it trashed the desktop upon opening. Worked several hours to try to resolve conflicts. Finally had to uninstall and reinstall other apps on my desktop from scratch. Been in computers as a tech writer over 15 years - never hit this problem with other burners I've used recently. Took two days of on/off work to uninstall and reset original software on computer. By then I had no desire to try and re-install it again. 1Click DVDS staff refused to refund my money, and this application isn't cheap by comparison to some others!
Their staff kept trying to find solutions when all I wanted was a refund. Manager said I should have used their trial software. Never saw it on the site page I used to purchase. They don't give refunds, apparently. This is definitely a buyer beware situation. If you have problems, either let them force you into a help cycle or forget a refund. Would not recommend.

rcray2's bad customer service experience received from LG mirrors mine. LG sounds like a small operation without any desire to use good judgement when customers have problems with their software. I suggest getting a free download of DVD Shrink and use Nero DVD resources for ripping and burning. Nero has a good reputation for taking care of their product and customers. If you recommend their product, I hope you never have a problem.
