They try to charge an administration fee when you cancel


General Comments

Ordered a basic Ford Mondeo from the Virgin Cars Car Supermarket and was given an 8 week delivery time, however 8 weeks passed and I had no contact from virgin. I eventually find out after several phone calls that delivery is `estimated` in another 8 weeks - they tried to charge a cancellation fee when I cancelled.
