Good Points

A fabulous, clean, friendly hotel. Highly recommended. And the resort is beautiful.

The entertainment was average/ below average


General Comments

Club Gran Playa was spotlessly clean; the cleaners were in 5 days out of 7. The pools were lovely and clean when we were there and the sun beds plentiful. The food was great with a huge selection, at all times, to choose from. Loads of fruits too to grab on your way out. And the resort itself was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The only fault I could find with this hotel is the entertainment manager just couldn't be bothered the second week as he was due to go home and he just played music and did none of the party games or dances for the kids as he did the first week which was fab.
