General Comments

Chase has the worst customer service in their call center located in India. I had to place multiple calls to get a good enough connection so that the CSR could hear me. Two payments of $600 each for the last two months have been "misplaced" by Chase. The checks have cleared my account and I am down $1,200. I am getting collection calls even though I have spoken to the "Payment Resolution Department" twice. The CSR at that department stated that the funds had been located as being posted to an "old account number". I have requested that my bank verify that the funds have been transferred. A complaint has been filed with the Federal Trade Commission.

As soon as this matter is resolved, and I am sure that my credit rating has not been adversely affected, I will move the balance to another lender.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Chase.
