Very good attention to the customer at the higher level.
Some stores may be undermanned which makes for staff-searches to clarify a product or place
I bought an electric saw supplied with four blades for different jobs. A year later I tried to use one of the blades for the first time but it broke as I fitted it. Several months later I sent the broken blade to H.O. and 2 weeks later I had a new set of blades. No guarentee questions, receit demands. We are quick to slate shoddy shopps and services; we should be as quick complimenting them.
